As an Full Time employee - Inside sales Analyst you will be responsible for:
Develop demand forecasts for all demand streams including, Repairs & Spares for the Aftermarket Department through historical analysis and Marketing Intelligence and customer input.
Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, and evaluate forecast results.
Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.
Interact with sales, marketing, customer service, and key customers to understand demand forecast drivers.
Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.
Provide input to the Supply Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
Closely coordinate and communicate customer action plans with supply planning.
Preparing data and analyze forecast error.Dig into root cause and put corrective action in place to efficiently drive the business.
Building strong relationships with customers while providing a consultative sales approach.
Here's what we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree & MBA or the equivalent in experience.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience interfacing with clients.
Strong ethics, values and the ability to influence others'decision making.
Collaborative style and ability to work cross functionally.
Demonstrated proficiency in statistics, forecasting and forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts.
Experienced with other software packages including Windows, and Microsoft Office.
This position requires strong analytical, organizational, decision making, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills are also essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business affecting the forecast process.
